Economical diesel drive, outstanding area performance, very robust design: our KM 170/600 R D Classic industrial sweeper was developed for heavy-duty cleaning applications in dirt-intensive fields such as construction, metalworking and foundries. Coarse dirt, as well as fine waste, lands reliably in the hopper thanks to the tried-and-tested dustpan principle. While cleaning, the roller brush automatically adapts to any unevenness in the ground and ensures an even sweep in all conditions. Together, the high-performance pocket filter system and the automatic filter cleaning guarantee consistent cleaning performance. There is also the option of a user-friendly flat pleated filter system or tried-and-tested round filter system, as desired. The machine is also designed to be user friendly: it is intuitively operated using levers, maintenance work, such as brush roller replacement, can be carried out in no time at all without any tools, and the convenient emptying of the waste container makes work easier.

KM 130/300 R LPG

The robust, fully hydraulic and LPG-powered KM 130/300 R LPG industrial sweeper for indoor and outdoor use is suitable for extreme applications, for example in building material plants, metal works, foundries and all other dirt-intensive industries. Thanks to the dustpan principle, fine waste and coarse dirt are reliably picked up. The roller brush adjusts automatically to floor unevenness and the innovative sweeping system reduces wear and tear to a minimum. The main sweeper roller can be changed in no time without tools. The waste container closes automatically during transport. Two horizontally installed flat pleated filters provide clean air, even under very dusty conditions. Filter cleaning is carried out at the push of a button by a highly effective dual scraper. The filter is readily accessible and can be changed easily without tools. The motor is also easily accessible. The basicfunctions can be conveniently operated with the rotary knob thanks to the EASY Operation concept. A cyclone filter cleans the air before it reaches the motor filter, considerably increasing the service life.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: Drive: – 24 V/750 W DC motor – 1 pedal for forward and reverse – small turning radius (3350 mm) – automatic parking brake with vacuum technology – automatic engine cut out when driver leaves seat – effective round filter system with automatic filter cleaning Sweeping/vacuum system: This machine uses the overthrow principle. In other words, the roller brush throws the dirt up and back into the dirt container. The floating roller brush adjusts automatically to uneven surfaces. The filter and roller brush can be replaced without tools. With integrated coarse dirt flap for coarse waste, e.g. cans, split, gravel or wet leaves. The side brush and roller brush are hydraulically driven. A second optional side brush is available. Dirt container: Both 50 litre dirt containers can be removed from the side. Operation: The main roller brush and side brush can be automatically lifted and lowered via a switch. Forward and reverse via one pedal.
