REMINDERS
- Hotel reservations are all set for you, just show up at the hotel!
- Guests will be charged for parking at the hotel which is $32 per night plus tax.
- In September, Whistler enjoys mild weather, with average daytime highs around 19°C (66°F) and lows near 12°C (54°F). So pack accordingly!
- Golf Club Rentals $70-80 per rental ($50-60 USD) – paid at the course when you arrive.
- Please bring $300 cash.
- Golf Attire: Proper golf attire is required at all times on these courses. Acceptable attire includes collared shirts, tailored pants or shorts (no cutoffs), and appropriate golf footwear. Jeans and sweatpants are not permitted.
- Bear Watching Attire: Dressing in layers is recommended as weather shifts extremely quick in British Columbia and it is not uncommon to have a 10-15 degree temperature shift from Whistler village to an alpine location. Though this is primarily a driving tour we are in the back country and appropriate footwear is required. Bring a camera and you may want insect repellent as during certain times of the year, bugs are present.
- Zip Lining Attire: Wear comfortable, supportive athletic or hiking shoes. No open toed shoes allowed, thus sandals and dress shoes are not permitted. Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. The weather at the tour area is similar to Whistler Village. No bags, purses or backpacks are allowed. Limited storage is available to store very small personal belongings.
